Application:
1. Mix the paste (50 g) with shrimp paste (10 g). Stir with coconut cream (80 ml) until the paste is aromatic. 2. Add the meat (240 g) and stir until fully cooked. Add water (150 ml) and bring to a boil. 3. Add small eggplants (60 g) or vegetables (160 g). 4. Add coconut milk (80 ml), fish sauce (4 g) and sugar (10 g) to taste. 5. Add kaffir lime leaves, fresh red chilies and sweet basil leaves.
