Terms and Conditions
Scope
These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all deliveries from Patrick Thorpe (hereafter referred to as Prapaipat) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor self-employed.

By clicking the button [Buy/Place Binding Order], you submit a binding order for the items listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email immediately after receiving your order.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a natural person concluding the order for purposes that are not predominantly related to your trade, business, or self-employment), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.

Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [insert business name, address, phone number, and email address] of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur fees for the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract to us or [insert recipient address]. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from handling them in a manner not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We charge a flat rate of €5,99 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly stated on the product pages, in the cart, and during the ordering process.
Cash-on-delivery payment is not offered.

Delivery
Delivery is only available within Germany via DHL Parcel or DPD.
The delivery time is up to 6 days. Any deviations in delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.

If you select bank transfer, our bank details will be provided in the order confirmation, and we will deliver the goods after receiving payment.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Dispute Resolution

The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court resolution of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements. We are willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, or we are required to do so under [insert legal provision or contractual agreement].
