Application:
1. Mix 50g paste with 20g shrimp paste. Bring to a boil with 300ml water, then add 50g tamarind juice and bring to a boil. 2. Add 175g bamboo shoots or desired vegetables and 250g fish (do not stir). Wait until the fish is cooked. 3. Add 2g fish sauce, 2g sugar and 7g lemon juice to taste.
